Pricing & Payment Terms
Our pricing is transparent and based on standard valve configurations, component replacement costs, and required labour. We provide a documented quotation prior to starting any physical work on your pipework.
How prices are set+
Final pricing is established after assessing valve accessibility, pipe materials (copper, lead, MDPE, or iron), and necessary system isolations. The quotation covers parts, labour, disposal of scrap brassware, and hydrostatic testing.
Payment methods+
Payment is accepted in cash upon job completion or by electronic bank transfer against invoice. No card payment information is handled on this web platform.
- Cash on completion
- Bank transfer against invoice
Invoicing+
Invoices are issued electronically immediately upon completion of testing on site. Each invoice states our full company details, component part numbers, labour hours, and statutory tax breakdowns where applicable.
Deposits and materials+
Standard service calls require no upfront deposit. For non-standard commercial valves, backflow units, or ordered-in trim kits exceeding 250 in parts value, a 30 percent advance payment covers material procurement.
Late payment+
Late payments beyond seven business days from invoice delivery accrue statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
